Colorful team logos are silk screened on the lamp and heat fired to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit so that a logo is barely removed, cracked or faded. When the stained glass is cut and kiln fired, special attention is given for precise annealing to make it illuminating for many years long. Brass is used to wrap glass panels that are channeled and soldered by the experts. Unlike lead, brass is very sturdy and has no adverse effect on the environment. Solder brass is accented over all joints in the shade to hide dark solder marks on the lamp. It is set with a brass support plate to ensure the lamp does not hang down over time.
