Shipping FAQ
How long will my
order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it
ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7
to 10 days to reach with ground shipping. Please Note:
All sports logo furniture and lighting takes 3 to 4 weeks to ship as
each order is manufactured on a per order basis.
Where will my order
be shipped from?
All of our sports collectibles are shipped from our warehouse in
Nebraska.
Do you offer faster
delivery than ground shipping?
Yes! If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your
shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and size (if
applicable) and the time frame you need to receive them to
shipping@sports-collectibles-store.com. We will check stock
and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
What if the item is
not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the
estimated waiting time will be. Items out of stock can take up to
4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, but normally you will only
have to wait a few days. You are welcome to check the availability
of any item by emailing us at
stock@sports-collectibles-store.com. Please include the item
name in your email.
What is your return
policy?
We accept returns for 30 days with an RMA number. Please visit our
